We operate one of the few North American labs capable of measuring thermal and hygric material properties including critical freeze thaw saturation.  We also use 1D & 2D hygrothermal and 2D & 3D thermal analysis to assist clients, as well as conduct embodied and operating energy/carbon modelling using spreadsheet-based tools.
