Graham Cubitt

Graham Cubitt is an affordable housing developer. Having led over 20 projects creating 1,000+ homes with Indwell as Director of Projects & Development, Graham helped launch Flourish in 2021. Flourish deploys Indwell's accumulated experience to assist organizations, particularly non-profits, charities, and municipalities, in creating affordable housing and social-purpose real estate projects. Roughly half of Graham's experience is in adaptive-reuse projects, including numerous listed and other heritage buildings. Graham has also become a Canadian leader in developing projects to Passive House energy performance standards. Graham is passionate about figuring out creative ways to solve today's problems like affordable housing, homelessness, and climate action using the accumulated skills and resources we are entrusted with, including our built heritage of investment in the public good.
