Andrew Smith, AIA, is a principal and historical architect with Hennebery Eddy Architects in Portland, OR. He has 30 years of experience in the planning, design execution, and construction administration of civic, cultural, hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial projects. Andrew holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Tulane University School of Architecture and leads Hennebery Eddy’s civic and cultural markets. His expertise includes a deep understanding of historic rehabilitation techniques and preservation tax incentives, and he is adept at finding sensitive and appropriate design solutions when cultural resources are involved.
