Jean-Benoit Saint-Laurent, Senior Architect, is the Manager of the Heritage Conservation Program at PSPC for the Quebec Region. He has 33-years’ experience in heritage conservation for PSPC on the team dedicated to both Parks Canada and PSPC heritage real property. Since 15-years, Mr. Saint-Laurent leads a team of heritage professionals comprised of architects, engineers, technologists and an historian for various departmental clients in the Quebec Region.
