Jack Pyburn is a preservation architect with over 50 years of experience. For over a decade, he has researched, written, and lectured on the history of concrete precasting and its influence on concrete architecture. Jack is the recent past President of the ICOMOS International Scientific Committee on 20th Century Heritage, served as Chair of the AIA Historic Resources Committee, and is a past board member of Docomomo/US. He is currently a Fellow of the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s African American Cultural Heritage Action Fund.
