His career includes providing technical oversight and quality assurance for all BCA projects. More than two decades of his conservation and preservation design work includes masonry, plaster, original decorative finishes, wood and metal windows, and stained-glass restoration. His extensive knowledge of historic construction techniques, building systems, architectural materials, preservation solutions, and construction management comes through his work on hundreds of historic properties including: Grand Central Terminal, the Cathedrals of St. Patrick’s, THe Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, Trinity Wall Street, The Washington DC Court of Appeals, the El Capitan Theater, and the Montauk Point Lighthouse, as well as development ventures for the Waldorf Astoria and Victoria Theater hotel and residences, and the Moynihan Penn Station Redevelopment.
