Hallah Abodaff is a Principal / Sr. Vice President at Loring Consulting Engineers. She began her career in electrical engineering at Loring over two decades ago while still in graduate school and has become integral to the firm’s leadership, advocating and delivering for clients, mentoring staff and encouraging an environment that is open, diverse and collaborative.
A lover of history, Hallah approaches her projects—many of which have national significance—with reverence. She has had the opportunity to work on and manage designs for significant National Historic Landmarks and cultural projects such as United States Supreme Court Building, Michigan State Capitol, and the National Law Enforcement Museum.
Hallah holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in electrical engineering and engineering management, respectively, from George Washington University. She is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and in the District of Columbia and is an active member with the Association for Preservation Technology (APT), DC Chapter. Hallah is passionate about mentoring and earlier in her career was awarded ACE Mentor of the Year by the Washington, DC chapter.
