Master of Architecture Student
Dalhousie University, Canada
Natasha Juckes is a Master of Architecture student at Dalhousie University. Her thesis research focuses on the adaptive reuse of churches in Nova Scotia and will explore radical solutions to save a growing number of closing churches. Having recently returned from: a term abroad where she took three different classes on the conservation of churches, at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland; a co-op work term at Reimagine Architects in Edmonton where she learnt about adaptive reuse; and a research trip to visit the Stave Churches in Norway, Natasha is excited to share her knowledge and explore potential reuse solutions.
