A visit to the recently restored 1931 Art Deco Eaton’s 9th floor - a conversation with Georges Drolet, managing principal of EVOQ Architecture about the project. Classified in 2000 after its closing, the restaurant designed by Jacques Carlu remained in hibernation for 25 years and reopened in May 2024 as the Ile-de-France restaurant and Grande Salle event space after a multi-year restoration project led by EVOQ.
