Graham Roscoe specializes in the restoration and reuse of historic and existing buildings. As a Senior Associate, he has led historic preservation projects for cathedrals, academic institutions, museums, and iconic commercial structures. He is a specialist in building conditions assessment and repair, with expertise in hands-on surveys, detailing for building envelopes, and construction oversight. Graham has more than 20 years of experience improving existing structures, from constructing timber-frame homes, to assisting a non-profit community architecture office, to working with experts in the preservation field. Graham earned degrees in Architecture and Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He joined BBB in 2015.
