As a Senior Principal and Historic Preservation Project Manager with SmithGroup, Susan Pommerer specializes in the architecture and technical preservation of historic structures and landmarks. With over 20 years of experience, Susan has contributed significantly to a variety of projects and has lent her specialty and careful attention to details to the successful completion of many restoration and rehabilitation projects. A graduate of the University of Florida, Susan completed a Master of Architecture with an Interdisciplinary Concentration & Certificate in Historic Preservation. She is a licensed architect in Florida and Maryland, a LEED AP, and a CSI Construction Documents Technologist.
