Lucy Davis is a PhD student at McGill University, completing research in the seismic performance of masonry buildings across Eastern Canada. Her work involves archival research, experimental work (in-situ non-destructive-testing and laboratory work) as well as numerical simulations. Prior to beginning at McGill, she completed her M.Sc at the University of Minho and Czech Technical University in Prague where she studied structural analysis techniques for historical constructions and monuments.
